From William F. Mielcke, Chairman, Board of Appeals,
dated February 2 , 1982, submitting for approval, the
Rules of Practice and Procedure of the County of
Hawaii Board of Appeals;
recommends the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the County of Hawaii Board
of Appeals be referred to the Council for disposition.
(Corporation Counsel has been requested to submit by March 3 , a legal
opinion addressing the points alleged by Mr. Henry Ross in his communication
of February 19 , 1982, C-664 . 1, relating to the Rules. )
