From Planning Commission Chairman Alfredo Orita dated
February 3 , 1982 ,. submitting for adoption, a proposed
bill to change the district classification from a
Agricultural-ten acres (A-10a) - to a Agricultural-three
acres (A-3a) zoned district at Kaumana, South Hilo.
Informs the request was denied by the Planning Director;
however, the petitioner appealed the Director' s decision
with the Commission and the Commission, at its meeting
of January 14 , voted to reverse the Director' s denial
decision based on Findings of Fact and Decision. and
Order, including conditions of approval;
recommends Bill 826 be passedby the Council on first reading.
