'1C-450) KEAUKAHA AREA, SOUTH HILO, HAWAII
Amends Section 7. 29 (The- City of Hilo Zone Map) ,
Article 2 , Chapter 8 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County
Code, as amended, to conform with the County of Hawaii
General .Plan, asamended on July 5 , 1979 , by changing
the district classification from Resort-Hotel-Safety
(V-S-. 75) to Single Family Residential-Safety (RS-S-10)
at Honohononui , South Hilo;
Bills 770 & 771: Amends Section 7 . 29 (The City of Hilo Zone Map) ,
'(C-450) Article 2, Chapter 8 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County
Code, as amended, toconform with the County of Hawaii
General Plan, as amended on July 5 , 1979, by changing
the district classification from Resort-Hotel-Safety
(V-S-. 75) to Single Family Residential-Safety (RS-S-10)
at Waiakea, South Hilo;
Bills 772 & 773 : Amends Section 7. 29 (The City of Hilo Zone Map) ,
/(C-451) Article 2, Chapter 8 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County
Code , as amended., to conform with the County of Hawaii
General Plan, as amended on July 5 , 1979 , by changing
the district classification from Resort-Hotel-Safety
(V-S-. 75) to Open (0) at Waiakea, South Hilo;

Bill 774 : Amends Section 7 . 29 (The City of Hilo Zone Map) ,
'(-C-452) Article 2 , Chapter 8 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii
County Code , as amended, to conform with the County
of Hawaii General. Plan, as amended on July 5 , 1979 ,
by changing the district classification from Resort-
Hotel-Safety (V-S-. 75) to Single Family Residential-
Safety (RS-S-10) at Waiakea, South Hilo;
recommends the bills be referred to the Council for action.
