Copy of a letter to Willis H. Sanburn, Director of Business
Relations, Waikoloa, from Planning Director Sidney Fuke
dated April 22 , 1982, acknowledging receipt of their Annual
Report on the progress of developments of the Waikoloa Beach
Resort and Waikoloa Village areas, as required under
condition K of Change of Zone Ordinance No. 265;
recommends the annual report not be accepted and direct the Planning
Director to pursue the dedication of a 4. 6-acre parcel (TMK: 6-8-03: 30) , as
agreed upon to satisfy the housing requirement for the first operational
hotel (Sheraton Royal Waikoloa Hotel) .
