From Planning Commission Chairman dated April 13 , 1982, sub-
mitting for adoption, a proposed bill to change the district
classification from a Village Commercial 10, 000 square foot
(CV-10) to a Single Family Residential - 7 ,500 square foot
(RS-7. 5) and 9. 7+ acres of land from a Single Family
Residential 10, 000 square foot (RS-10) to a Village
Commercial 10, 000 square foot (CV-10) zoned district at
Pepeekeo, South Hilo.
'Lk 761. 1: From Planning Director Sidney M. Fuke dated April 13 , 1982,
informing that the reason for the delay in transmitting the
proposed ordinance (Bill 844) was due. to the petitioner' s
late submittal of the metes and bounds description;
recommends Bill 844 be passed by the Council on first reading and referred
back to Planning Committee for clarification.
