(Bill 845) From Planning Commission Chairman Alfredo Orita dated
April 21, 1982, submitting a proposed bill establishing
"Ohana Zoning" within the County of Hawaii,. subject to
reservations relating to the scope of the bill being
broader than conveyed by the concept of "ohana" ;
recommends Bill 845 be passed by the Council on first reading and referred
back to Planning Committee for further study.
