Comm. 780: KAIKO' O PROJECT, HILO, HAWAII - URBAN RENEWAL PLAN AMENDMENT
From Laurence. E. Capellas , Manager , Hawaii Redevelopment
Agency, dated April 27 , 1982, submitting for review and
approval, pursuant to Chapter 53-6 , HRS, proposed amendments
to the Urban Renewal Plan, Kaiko' o Project No. Hawaii R-4 ,
along with conditions which the Agency has imposed as part
of the proposed amendments.
c - 780. 1: From Laurence E. Capellas , Manager, Hawaii Redevelopment
Agency, dated May 4 , 1982, informing the HRA Commissioners
approved and accepted the Special Conditions as amended by
the Planning Commission on April 15 , 1982, and reached a
formal finding that there are no "affected" redevelopers;
recommends Council approve, pursuant to Chapter 53-6, HRS, the proposed
amendments to the Urban Renewal Plan Kaiko' o Project, No. Hawaii R-4, with
Special Conditions , as amended by the Planning Commission, to allow permanent
residential uses within a portion of the project area.
