Your Committee on Planning to which was referred:
/S Comm. 642. 1: PROPOSED PLAN OF ACTION FOR 1982
From Councilwoman Helene H. Hale dated May 6 , 1982 ,
suggesting in view of the fact that the proposed
PLAN OF ACTION for 1982 has been adopted but that
little has been done to implement it, that the
Council carry out the suggestions one at a time ,
the first being that at least one Council or committee
meetings be held once each month for the next six
months of 1982 in the districts of Puna, Ka'u, Honokaa,
Waimea, North Kohala and Kona;
recommends the Chairpersons work on a schedule to implement No. 1 of the
Plan of Action for 1982 to hold Council and/or committee meetings in the
various districts.
