Lc Comm. 780. 3 : KAIKO'O PROJECT., HILO - URBAN RENEWAL PLAN AMENDMENT
From Laurence E. Capellas, Manager, Hawaii Redevelopment
Agency, dated May 26, 1982 , informing of the actions
necessary to fulfill the requirements of Chapter 53 ,
HRS, for the Kaiko' o Urban Renewal Plan to allow
residential uses within the fourth through tenth floors
of the Hilo Lagoon Hotel/Quality Inn;
recommends the communication be referred to the Council to fulfill the
requirements of Chapter 53 , HRS, for the Kaiko' o Project.
