Comm. 774. 6 : OHANA DWELLING REGULATIONS
(Amended II From Planning Committee Chairman Takashi Domingo dated
Bill 845) June 9 , 1982 , submitting for consideration, Bill 845 ,
Amended II, after discussions with Council Chairman
Stephen Yamashiro and Planning Director Sidney Fuke ,
pursuant to the recommendations of the Planning
Committee at its meeting of May 26 ;
recommends Amended-II Bill 845 be passed by the Council on second and
final reading.
(Note: Public Hearing (s) to be conducted to inform property owners which
areas and/or zones the ordinance would affect. )
