May 5 , 1982 submitting for adoption, a proposed bill
to change the district classification from a Single
Family Residential - 10 , 000 square foot (RS-10-) to
a General Industrial 1-acre (MG-la) zoned district at
Ookala, North Hilo;
recommends Bill 853 be passed by the Council on first reading.
(Mr. Domingo declared a possible
conflict of interest and
abstained from participation. )
