From Planning Commission Chairman Alfredo Orita dated
April 23 , 1982, submitting for adoption, a proposed
bill to change the district classification from an
Unplanned (U) to an Agricultural 3-acre (A-3a) zoned
district at Kau, North Kona; -
Informs the request was denied by the Planning Director;
however, the -petitioner appealed the. Director' s
decision and the Commission, at its meeting of
February 10, 1982, voted to reverse the Director' s
denial decision based on Findings, including conditions
of approval;
recommends Bill 847 be passed by the Council on first reading and referred
back to Planning Committee.
