Comm. 364 . 6 : POLICIES AND DIRECTIONS OF THE HAWAII COUNTY COUNCIL
From Planning Committee Chairman Takashi Domingo dated
August 3 , 1982 , transmitting for discussion and
further elaboration, a suggested list of goals and
objectives for the Planning Committee;
recommends the following item be added under OBJECTIVES, LAND USE:
" 12. Encourage citizen participation in the development of plans in each
community. "
Further recommends the Planning Committee' s.. goals and objectives be
incorporated in the policies and directions ' of the Hawaii County Council.
