TAX MAP KEYS : 7-8-10: 4 , 30, 39, 41, 44 , 49 , 50, 51
& 59; 7-8-11 : 4 , 11 & 12; and
7-8-12 : 4 , 6 , 7 , 29, 57 , 61, 65 , 98 & 103 (482- acres)
Amends Section 7 . 02 (The North Kona Zone Map) and
Section 7 . 05 (The Kailua-Honalo Urban Zone Map) ,
Article 2, Chapter 8 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County
Code, as amended, by changing the district classifications
for lands at Kahaluu, Keauhou 1 and Keauhou 2, North
Kona, Hawaii , covered by tax map key: portions of
Plats 7-8-10, 7-8-11 and 7-8-12.

Comm. 862. 1: From Council Chairman Stephen K. Yamashiro dated
August 17 , 1982, transmitting, pursuant to discussion
at the Planning Committee' s July 28th meeting , proposed
amendments to Bill 864 , as amended, and explanation of
same;
recommends Council accept the proposed amendments to Bill 864, as amended,
and adopt said bill, Amended II, on second and final reading.
