Your Committee on Planning to which was referred:
Res. 462: FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR MUNICIPAL ENERGY AGENCY
Establishes a committee consisting of the Mayor and
five Councilmembers to: (1) identify the nature and
scope of a feasibility study to create a municipal
energy agency that will manage and develop the County' s
natural resources, (2) recommend an independent
consultant (s) to conduct the study, and (3) submit its
recommendations to the Council for approval;
(Intr. by: Mr. Domingo)
recommends Resolution 462 be adopted by the Council.
