Your Committee on Planning to which was referred:
Res. 464: CHANGE OF ZONE REQUEST
Directs the Planning Director to prepare and schedule
a change of zone request from Limited Industrial to
General Commercial for approximately thirty-nine (39)
acres of land located at the northeastern corner of
Puainako Street and Kanoelehua Avenue, Waiakea, South
Hilo, Hawaii, TMK: 2-2-47 : 6 , for review at a Planning
Commission meeting within forty-five (45) days of the
effective date of this resolution;

recommends Resolution 464 be adopted by the Council.
