Your Committee on Planning to which was referred:
Bill 830: GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENTS - KALAPANA/KAIMU AREA
Amends the County of Hawaii General Plan, Ordinance
No. 439 , by incorporating two (2) amendments to the
General Plan Land Use Pattern Allocation Map and one
(1) amendment to the General Plan policy document
initiated by the Planning Director, as reflected in
his report entitled, "County of Hawaii General Plan
Revision Program, November, 1978 ,"
recommends Bill 830 be passed by the Council on first reading.
