From Planning Commission Chairman Alfredo Orita dated
October 8 , 1982 , submitting for adoption, a proposed
bill to change the district classification from 36 ,984-
square feet of land from an Agricultural 1-acre (A-la)
to a Single Family Residential - 10 ,000 square foot
(RS-10) zoned district and 26 ,962 square feet of land
from an Agricultural 1-acre (A-la) to an Open (0) zoned
district at Waimea Homesteads , South Kohala.
977 . 1: From Planning Committee Chairman Taka:8hi Domingo dated
October 21, 1982, submitting revisions to Bill 894 ;
recommends Council accept the revisions to Conditions (B) and (E) of
Bill 894 , as submitted by the Planning Committee Chairman.
Further recommends Bill 894 , as revised, be passed on first reading and
referred back to the Planning Committee for further review.
