From Planning Commission Chairman Alfredo Orita dated
October 4, 1982 , submitting for adoption, a proposed
bill to change the district classification from an
Agricultural 20-acre (A-20a) to an Agricultural 5-acre
(A-5a) zoned district at Kahualiil.ii-Waiaka, North Kohala.
Informs the request was denied by the Planning Director;
however, the petitioner appealed the Director' s decision
with the Commission and the Commission, at its meeting
of August 17 , 1982 , voted to reverse the Director' s
denial decision based on the findings and conditions
of approval;
recommends Bill 890 be passed on first reading.
