From Planning Commission Chairman Alfredo Orita dated
November 4, 1982, submitting for adoption, a proposed
bill to change the district classification from an
Agricultural 20-acre (A-20a) to an Agricultural 3-acre
(A-3a) zoned district at Kaauhuhu Homesteads, North
Kohala.
Informs the request was denied by the Planning Director;
however, the petitioner appealed the. Director' s decision
with the Commission and the.. Commission, at its meeting
of August 17 , 1982 , voted toreverse the Director' s
denial decision based on the findings, including
conditions of approval;
recommends Bill 899 be passed on first reading.
