ML-20 to CG-20

From Planning Commission Chairman Alfredo Orita dated
November 10 , 1982, transmitting a proposed bill to change
the district classification from limited industrial
(ML-20) . to General Commercial (CG-20) and Open (0) at
Waiakea, South Hilo.
Informs that although the Planning Director recommended
denial of the proposed amendment, the Planning Commission
voted to send a favorable recommendation to the County
Council, with suggested changes and conditions , as listed;
recommends Bill 902 be passed on first reading.
