Your Committee on Planning to which was referred:
Reall 517 : KUKU IP AHU HE IAU
Supports the purpose of a resolution adopted by the
Association of Hawaiian Civic Clubs at its annual
convention held on November 11-13 , 1982 , which urged
the State, in conjunction with the Association and the
Kohala Hawaiian Civic Club, to implement as soon as
possible, a program to restore, preserve, and protect
the Kukuipahu Heiau befitting of its status a valuable
historic site;

recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 517 .
