From Planning Commission Chairman Alfredo Orita dated
August 17, 1982 , recommending approval of a proposed
bill amending the General Plan Land. Use Pattern
Allocation Guide (LUPAG) Map , based on the reasons as
outlined in the 'Testimony In Support of The Petition
prepared by the Planning Department. Notes in the
Testimony that the rezoning process not be initiated
until provisions for a secondaccess or escape route
andadequate water are made.
Also submits a copy of the Final Environmental Imp_ act
Statement which includes maps designating the subject
property.

recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 881 on first reading.
