From Planning Commission Chairman dated December 27 , 1982,
submitting for adoption, a proposed bill to change the
district classification for 18 ,752 square feet of land
from a Single Family Residential - 10 , 000 square foot
(RS-10) to a Limited Industrial - 20 ,000 square foot
(ML-20) zoned"=district. The property is situated at the
northwestern corner of the Kanoelehua Avenue-Kekuanaoa
Street ,intersection, Waiakea Houselots, South Hilo;
recommends Bill 913 be passed by the Council on first reading.
