January 14, 1983 , submitting for adoption, a proposed
bill to change the district classification for 76. 5 acres
of land from an Unplanned (U) to Multiple Family Residential -
4 , 000 square. foot (RM-4) , Multiple Family Residential -
7 ,000 square foot (RM-7 ) , and Neighborhood Commercial -
10 , 000 square foot (CN-10) zoned districts located between
and adjacent to Alii Drive and the Kuakini Highway, appro-
ximately 800 feet south of the Walua Road-Kuakini Highway
intersection, Kahului 2nd, North Kona;
recommends Bill 921 be
assed bythe Council on first reading and referred
