From Planning Commission Chairman Clyde Imada dated
January 14, 1983 , submitting for adoption, a proposed bill
to change the district classification from an Unplanned
(U) and Double Family Residential - 3 ,750 square foot
(RD-3 .75) to a Multiple Family Residential - 4 ,000 square
foot (RM-4) and Multiple Family Residential - 7 , 000 square
foot - (RM-7) zoned districts. The property involved is
located between the Kuakini Highway and Alii Drive, adjacent
and to the south of the Lunapule Subdivision, Kahului 1st,
North Kona;
recommends Bill 922 be passed by the Council on first reading and referred
back to the Planning Committee.
