bill tochange the district classification from a Multiple
Family Residential - 1,000 square foot (RM-1) to a Village
Commercial - 7 , 500 square foot (CV-7 . 5) zoned district.
The property involved is bordered by Kalawa Street,
Hualalai. Road and Kuakini Highway, Lono Kona Subdivision,
Kailua-Kona, Honuaula, North Kona;
recommends Bill 925 be passed by the Council on first reading.
