& Comm. 1087: HOUSE BILL RELATING" TO FINES
From Representative Andrew Levin dated January 18 , 1983 ,
transmitting for comments, a bill he introduced relating
to fines. Thebill requires the State Director of
Finance to apportion the fines and other final payments
for traffic-,related- violations and provides that each
county receive 50, percent of the amount collected by the
courts within the county;
recommends Council support the House bill relating to fines as part of
the 1983 legislative package.
