Amends Section 7 . 06 (The North and South Kohala Districts
Zone Map) , Article 2, Chapter 8 (Zoning Code) of the
Hawaii County Code, as amended, by changing the district
classification from Agricultural (A-20a) to Agricultural
(A-10a) , Agricultural (A-5a) and Agricultural (A-3a) at
Kahua 1st, Kahua and Waika, North Kohala, Hawaii, covered
by tax map key 5-9-01: 12, Portions of 10;
(Intr. by: Mr. Domingo)
recommends Bill 890, Draft 3 , be adopted by the Council on second and
final reading.
The proposed amendments to said bill incorporate testimony and input
received at the Planning Committee meetings held in Hilo, Waimea, and
Kona.
