Your Committee on Planning to which was referred:
Bill 920: GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT - KAPALAOA, INC.
(Comm. 1079) CONSERVATION TO MEDIUM DENSITY URBAN
TAX MAP KEY 7-1-03 : 05 and 06
Amends the County of Hawaii General Plan Land Use
Pattern Allocation Guide Map as originally adopted by
Ordinance 439 and as amended;
(Intr. by: Mr. Domingo)
recommends Bill 920 be amended by addinga new section to read:
"SECTION '2..' In the event that access to the' subject area cannot
be provided within five years from the effective date of this
ordinance, redesignation of the area to its original designation may
be initiated. "
Section 2 to be renumbered Section 3 .
Section 3 to be renumbered Section 4.
Further recommends Bill 920 , Draft 2, be passed by the Council on
first reading.
