From Mayor Herbert T. Matayoshi dated February 11 , 1983 ,
commenting on Bill 847 and agricultural rezoning requests;
recommends Council concur with the recommendation of the Mayor and that
Condition (F) of Ordinance 850, relating to the monitoring of the
"performance report" , be amended accordingly.
