Committee discussion at its meeting of February 8 , Bill
921, Draft 2, showing the elimination of the recreational
area dedication. Bill 921 amends Section 7. 02 (The North
Kona Zone Map) , Article 2 , Chapter 8 (Zoning Code) of the
Hawaii County Code, as amended, by changing the district
classification from Unplanned (U) to Multiple Family
Residential (RM-4) and (RM-7) and to Neighborhood
Commercial (CN-10) at Kahului . 2nd , North Kona;

recommends Bill 921, Draft 2, be adopted by the Council on second and
final reading.
