From Planning Commission Chairman Clyde Imada dated
February 9 , 1983 , submitting for adoption, a proposed bill
to change the district classification from an Agricultural
1-acre (A-la) to a Single Family Residential - 7 ,500 square
foot (RS-7 . 5) zoned district. The property is located along
the northeast or makai side of Wiliwili Street, across from
the Crescent City Heights Subdivision, Ponahawai , South Hilo;
recommends Condition (F) under Section 1 of Bill 929 be deleted, and
Condition (G) be relettered (F) .
Further recommends Bill 929 , Draft 2, be passed by the Council on first
reading.
