February 8 , 1983 , submitting for adoption, a proposed bill
to change the district classification from an Unplanned
(U) to a Single Family Residential - 15 , 000 square foot
(RS-15) zoned district for 39. 5 acres of land located
along the southwest or makai side of Hienaloli-Kahului
Road, approximately 1,000 feet south of the Kailu.a View
Estates Subdivision, Puaa 3rd, North Kona;
recommends Bill 930 be passed by the Council on first reading.
