From Planning Commission Chairman Clyde Imada dated
March 15, 1983 , submitting for adoption, a proposed bill
to change the district classification from a Double
Family Residential. - 3 ,750 square foot (RD-3. 75) to a
Multiple Residential - 2 ,500 square foot (RM-2. 5) zoned
district at North Kona;
recommends Bill 950 be passed by the Council on first reading.
