Comm. 1143 : ZONING CODE AMENDMENTS
(Bills 935- From Planning Commission Chairman Clyde Imada dated
946) March 3 , 1983 , submitting for ,adoption, Zoning Code
amendments relating to definitions, building height,
care and boarding homes, zoning and appeals procedures ,
use permit, non-conforming residential buildings and
uses , limited industrial zone , heliports, setbacks for
corner lots, setbacks for unplanned zone , and parking
stall revisions.

1983 , transmitting revisions to Bills 935 , 936, 937 , 944
and 946;
recommends the following bills be passed on first reading: Bill 935 ,
Draft 2; Bill 936 , Draft 2; Bill 937 , Draft 2; Bill 938 ; Bill 939;
Bill 940; Bill 941; Bill 942; Bill 943; Bill 944 , Draft 2; Bill 945 .
Recommends Item H under Section 3 of Bill 946 , Draft 2 , be amended to
read as follows:
"HA Combining i of. 'Parking. .Spaces: Permitted
Where [recreational and spectator] uses and activities
[including football , 'basketball 'and baseball] do not
occur simultaneously, [suchfacilities may 'share their]
parking 'space requirements m'ai be shared, provided that: "
Further recommends Bill 946 , Draft 3 , be passed by the Council on first
reading.
