Comm. 1195 : REZONING REQUEST - JAMES K. AHIA, SR.

From Planning Commission Chairman Clyde Imada dated
April 13 , 1983, submitting for adoption, a proposed bill
to change the district classification from an Agricultural
5-acre (A-5a) to a Single. Family Residential - 20 ,000
square foot (RS-20) zoned district at Puna.
Informs the request was denied by the Planning Director;
however, thepetitioner appealed the decision with the
Planning Commission. At its meeting on March 17 , 1983 ,
the Commission voted to reverse the Director' s denial
decision based on the enclosed findings and conditions of
approval;
recommends Bill 964 be passed by the Council on first reading.
