From Planning Commission Chairman Clyde Imada dated .
June 16 , 1983, submitting for adoption, a proposed bill
to delete Condition D of Change. of Zone Ordinance No.
171, that "The land shall only be used for the proposed
drive in restaurant and gift shop and the existing single
family dwelling. " Itisfelt that even if Condition D is
deleted, -such action will not -be contrary to the reasons
presented for the original approval of the zone change;
and lists the reasons for the approval;
recommends Bill 987 be passed by the Council on first reading®
