VILLAGE CHANGE OF ZONE ORDINANCE NO. 265
Copy of letter to Willis Hm Sanburn, Director of Business
Relations - Waikoloa, from Planning Director Sidney Fuke
dated June 21, 1983, acknowledging receipt of the Annual
Report on the progress of developments of the Waikoloa
Beach Resort and Waikoloa Village areas as required under
Condition K of Ordinance 265.
337. 3 : From Willis H. Sanburn, Director of Business Relations ,
Waikoloa, dated July 21, 1983 , requesting that the
"hold" on all pending Waikoloa applications and permits
be lifted, and lists reasons why.

dated August 5, 1983 , regarding approval of deed for 2. 299
acres in Waikoloa;
recommends Council accept the Annual Report on the progress of developments
of the Waikoloa Beach Resort and Waikoloa Village areas, as required under
Condition K of Ordinance 265, and rescind the request to the Planning
Department that all pending Waikoloa applications and permits be held in
abeyance until the housing requirement commitment has been deemed
acceptable by the County.
