From Planning Committee Chairman Takashi Domingo dated
July 13, 1983, submitting for adoption, a proposed bill
which corrects the metes and bounds description of the
above subject properties which was approved for rezoning
in March 1983. These changes are being made to conform
to the
description given in Ordinance No.. 866 with the

legal description submitted by the engineer;
recommends Bill 990 beassed bythe Council on first reading.
