From Planning Committee Chairman Takashi Domingo dated
July 13, 1983,. submitting for adoption., a proposed bill
which corrects the. metes and bounds description of the
above subject .properties which was approved for rezoning
in March 1983. This change is being made due to a
technical error. in -the submission of the legal
description;
recommends Bill 991 be passed by the Council on first reading.
