From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae dated
March 16, 1983, transmitting suggested changes to the
existing fireworks ordinance which would facilitate the
issuance of the licenses to sell fireworks, which is a
function of the Treasury Division of the Department of

Use dated March 19, 1983, transmitting for consideration,
their committee's recommendations to Planning Committee
Report No. 200.

(Bill 995) 1983 , submitting, as requested, a proposed bill showing
amendments to the existing fireworks ordinance;
recommends Bill 995 be passed by the Council on first reading.
