TMK: 5-5-07 : 10 (Portion) (59 .881 acres)
From Kimo Steinwascher , Land Manager for Kohala
Corporation, dated September 28 , 1983 , requesting an
amendment to Condition (B) of their rezoning
request, that the first increment acreage be
increased from 29 to 35 acres. This will allow
them to subdivide the first six contiguous lots in
the project, Lots 1, 4 , 5 , 8 , 9 and 10 , as shown on
the attached subdivision map.
Bill 1019 : Amends Section 25-91 (North and South Kohala
(Draft 2) Districts Zone Map) , Article 3 , Chapter 25 (Zoning
Code) of the Hawaii County Code, by changing the
district classification from Agricultural (A-20a) to
Agricultural (A-5a) at Kahei , North Kohala, Hawaii ,
covered by Tax Map Key 5-5-07 : Portion of 10) .
