ke, Comm. 1395: HRA LEGISLATION
From Laurence E. Capellas , Manager , Hawaii Redevelopment
Agency, dated October 19 , 1983 , requesting that House Bill
1454 and Senate Bill 1141, relating to "Tax Increment
Financing" , be incorporated within the County' s legislative
package for the upcoming session.
recommends Council approve the request of HRA and that HB 1454 and SB 1141
be included in the County' s legislative package for lobbying at the next
session of the Legislature.
