November 2 , 1983 , submitting for adoption, an ordinance
bill to change the district classification from an
Agricultural 20-acre (A-20a) to an Agricultural 10-acre
(A-10a) zoned district at Puakea and Honoipu, North
Kohala.
recommends Council adopt Bill 1034 on first reading and refer back to
Planning Committee.
(Mr . Schutte declared a
possible conflict of interest
but was allowed to vote. )
