(Bill 977: ZONING CODE AMENDMENT RELATING TO PERMITTED USES
(Draft 2) IN AGRICULTURAL DISTRICTS
(C-1227) Amends Section 25-152, Article 8 , Chapter 25 (Zoning
Code) of the Hawaii County Code 1983, as amended,
relating to permitted uses in agricultural districts.
(Intr . by: Mr . Domingo)
recommends Section 1 of Bill 977 , Draft 2, be amended as follows:
Item (8) under Section 25-152, Permitted Uses, (a)
to read: " (8) Public dumps; provided that a use permit
from the planning commission is issued. "
Further recommends adoption of Bill 977 , Draft 3 , on second and final
reading.
