Comm. 1380 .2: DOWNTOWN HILO REDEVELOPMENT PLAN
From Hiram Hagiwara, Chairman, Hawaii Redevelopment
Agency, dated October 26 , 1983 , requesting Council
adopt the Redevelopment Plan as transmitted, with the
Planning Commission ' s September 15 , 1983 , amendments ,
and with the further amendments suggested in the
letter . Previous HRA actions outlined in their
September 22 letter is superseded by this letter ;
recommends Council adopt the Downtown Hilo Redevelopment Plan as
transmitted, with the Planning Commission' s September 15 , 1983 ,
amendments , and with the further amendments suggested in their letter .
