(Bill 1049) APPEAL PROCEDURES FOR VARIANCES. . . .
From Planning Commission Chairman Clyde Imada dated
November 25 , 1983 , submitting a proposed ordinance
bill to amend the appeal procedures for variances
from the Subdivision Code; specifically, the
proposal is to extend the time in which an applicant
may submit an appeal to either the Planning
Commission or the Board of Appeals. A similar
change to the Zoning Code was recently adopted by
the Council (Ord. 83-4) ;
recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 1049 on first reading.
