t�tc, Comm. 1465: LEGISLATIVE PROPOSALS ON COUNTY TORT LIABILITY
From PC Chairman Takashi Domingo dated January 19 ,
1984 , informing the HSAC Legislative Committee , at
its January 17th meeting, decided to discuss with
their respective councils, proposed legislation
concerning county tort liability. The proposals,
supported by the corporation counsels of the
counties , seek to reduce county exposure in tort
litigation;
recommends Council support the proposal on county tort liability and
forward recommendation to the HSAC Legislative Committee.
