Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Bill No. 1101
regarding the rezoning request of Gamlon Corporation,
,
TMK: 7-6-21:portion of 16, reports as follows:.
The purpose of this bill is to include a portion of parcel 16 which
was inadvertently omitted from the metes and bounds description of
the rezoning request.
The portion of parcel 16 is located at the junction of Kuakini
Highway and Palani Road. This bill merely corrects the oversight by
including the portion of parcel 16 in the rezoning.
Your Committee on Planning is in accord with the intent and purpose
of Bill No. 1011 and recommends that it pass first reading.
